Warranties
We offer a 10 year guarantee on frame breakage on all our furniture and equipment. Many of our suppliers also offer extensive warranty programmes, usually of at least 5 years. Please contact us in the unlikely event you have any problems.
Returns
Customers may return any standard item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund provided it is in new condition with original packaging. Custom-made products may be accepted for full or partial refund on a case by case basis. Please contact us before returning any product.
